The Lhasa to Kathmandu ride has become a big thing lately, with quite a few people heading to Tibet every year to test themselves on this route across the Tibetan plateau.

Mountain biking in Tibet however is not something for everyone; this is true adventure, which requires dedication and lots of preparation. All the preparation pays off when you are riding above 4000 meters with some of the most beautiful imaginable scenery around you, climbing towards a 5000 meter pass on your bike and the moment you reach the top is something you will remember all your life.
